Have reduced smoking from 30 plus per day to 3 only first thing in the morning. Heavily vaping for the rest of the day and evening before bed. Is this beneficial at all, or should I just carry on smoking?

Hello, vaping is one of the heavily debated topics if its harmful or not. However, its harmful effects has began to show up. In 2019, the centers for disease control and prevention (cdc) reported over two thousand suspected cases of severe acute lung illnesses (e-cigarette, or vaping, product use associated lung injury [evali]) linked to the use of e-cigarette devices to aerosolize substances for inhalation.
