I am 18 years old this year. Since last week i?m unable to sleep through my whole sleep. I will wake up in between one then fall asleep like around 15 mins ltr. Yesterday, I tried to sleep at around 315 am then I woke up at 550 am, then I went to the toilet, then I went back to bed and I could?t sleep anymore. What should I do? Can I take melatonin? How many mg can I take?
