I am 18 years old this year. Since last week i?m unable to sleep through my whole sleep. I will wake up in between one then fall asleep like around 15 mins ltr. Yesterday, I tried to sleep at around 315 am then I woke up at 550 am, then I went to the toilet, then I went back to bed and I could?t sleep anymore. What should I do? Can I take melatonin? Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.
