Hi lybrate-user! hope you are doing well. Please make sure you are consulting a psychiatrist before taking any medication. Follow the dosage and the timings prescribed. All meds need to be taken for the time they have been given. The regimen matters in psychiatric medications. Unlike other meds, we can not choose to reduce dosage or stop taking. That being said, finish the course and then go to psychiatrist to explain side effects. Sometimes side effects are maximum in the first week as body is readjusting to healthy levels.
