Last 4 days back I got my bp check and find it low 90/70. I am feeling very weak inside and especially at my legs area. What should I do .which med I should take?

Dear Lybrateuser, - to raise your bp follow some measures: - have plenty of oral fluids including 2-3 litres of water per day for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking for 20-30 min - sprinkle a pinch of extra salt on prepared food before consumption - raise the leg end of your bed by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night - for weakness in legs take a multivitamin & calcium supplement.
