I have a long standing greenish yellow discharge problem that itches but without smell. Tried different antibiotics and vaginal pessary but it comes back. It's been almost two years now. I'm 27 years female. Please suggest me effective cure and home care and diet too. Thank you.

It's better to take herbal support now that you have tried antibiotics and passaries etc. Some female friendly herbs like sarca indica and lodhra are effective combos. Simultaneously wash of vagina with anhydrous alum powder, boric powder and herb are of immense value in such resistant cases. Other herbal combos taken with rice wash will have unprecedented effects on the problem.
