I am 28 years old. 2nd pregnancy. 32 weeks. I have e.coli infection (urine infection). My regular gynaec is not available in clinic as it is a red zone. She advised to take nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice a day for 5 days. I want to know if that is safe to take now as I am already 32 weeks. Please advise.
