Hello. I am 21 years engineering student. From last year I have been facing a problem of lumbar spondylosis. There is pain in my whole spine and lower back. I am having some sort of sensation in my thighs, legs and buttocks. I don't know exact name for that but it's sudden muscle movements and it's happening from my buttocks till legs and also happening in my biceps and I am also facing stomach issues like gases. What treatment will help me to stop all this. Currently I am taking homeopathic treatment. I have done physiotherapy and also doing some exercise every day.
