This question is about my nephew he is having nausea, vomiting, low grade fever, stomach cramp he is throwing up whatever he is taking doc prescribed him powergyl syrup, p-250, epinorm syr, ofloz 50 mg, azee syrup but he is not getting relief although he get relief only in loose motion his lips get dry, every time he ask for water after vomiting please help we are unable to understand what's wrong with him.

He might be having food poisoning as per the symptoms. Give him ors throughout the day to prevent any sort of dehydration as its very important its very important to continue the prescribed medications upto full course. He will get well soon.
