I get frequent headaches from last few days and these headaches last more than 4 hours also my glasses power has increased but I haven't got new one because of location so are these headaches because of increase in glass power or any other reason?

Yes most likely they are. The increased power is putting a strain on your nerves and thats the cause of this headache. You can take tablet paracetamol 650 twice daily after food and rablet 20 twice daily before food until you get your new glasses.
