Respected doctor, I am 35 old, male. Before 1 1/2 year one doctor (nephrologist) diagnosed me wrongly and gave me once ocas (tamsulosin). I eat this for a week before going to sleep. After eating for 1 week. I noticed that, I started getting stomach pain if I walk or stand after eating food. I have to sit at least 1 or 2 hour after eating. Can anyone let me know the reason for this problem. And advise me treatment?

As ocas (tamsulosin) is used for frequency of urine treatment but is also causes postural hypotension means low blood pressure on standing. That is why you felt so.
