Hello, full work on blood must be done. Flexon could not be given as its corona era it attracts corona as it contains brufen. Neurobion n rantac r ban drugs in abroad. Amrifu is to decrease swelling temporary relief. Please consult superspecialist like md physician or online but tests recommend. Metneurobion one at night can be given just a b complex. Detailed examination n history is needed to diagnose.
