I had sex with sex worker and now I am regretting it like anything. I am having uncontrollable thoughts of getting hiv even though I had used condom. I am feeling guilty and it is disturbing my day to activities and even work. I am having uncontrolled obsessions of catching hiv and haven't done right. I am a bachelor and unmarried. But I am not able to remove the feeling of guilt and obsessions of stds. Doctor please help me I am mentally disturbed like anything.
