Actually I had swelling just below ear like lump painless I visited doctor he told some infection and gave taken 200, dece 40, aslarad, wymin plus after taking medicine for 14 days no improvement it showed later after ultrasound the reports says "focal hypoechoic nodule 6 mm evident in parenchyma of rt. Patroid gland. After report doctor gave azithral ,tolby ds ,a to z gold tablet for 20 days and said after medicine leave it as it but I have doubt if it is some dangerous what should be done, I asked abt surgery if it possible the doctor there is chance of facial paralysis. I am worried sir what to do now. Mandibular and thyroid gland appears normal in report bt sometime when I open my mouth I feel hardness just below chin on right side. What should be done now sir. Is it cancerous. If it is is it possible to surgery.
