Fasting blood sugar 142 mg post lunch 95 mg medication morning 11 units and afternoon & evening 7 units of eglocent rapid and also 19 units of lantus at bed time. Is medication ok. Please advice.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. The fasting glucose is a bit high, but PP is quite low. Please look at HbA1c%, which is an important parameter to see long term control. In the information there is no mention of height (6.8 cms?), age, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercises, HbA1c% and BP readings. So it is difficult to comment.Anyways, PP glucose looks a bit low, may be because of pre food insulin dosage, that may have to be reduced by about 2 units. Thanks.

Medicines are ok but you need to adjust the dose. Height mentioned is not correct. Fasting blood sugar is high and post lunch is low. Need to readjust the dose. Please consult your treating physician.
