You can take buttermilk, wheat flour, bread butter, hot haldi milk, nuts, soaked almonds, cereals, butter, desi ghee, green leafy vegetables, curd, raita, chena, all pulses, rajma, kabuli chana, egg, chicken, fish, meat, fruits, vegetable soup, fruits juice, beet root, carrot, mint mix juice, banana milk, milk cornflakes, fruits custard, tea coffee, Horlick with milk, roasted makhana , multigrain sandwich, all saag , tomato or Palak soup. You can add walk and muscles training.
