I have not eaten meat since twenty years but now I have started to take it again. But I am facing problem of swollen gums after taking chicken. Why is it so? Bleeding is also there. If I stop to take it then gums become normal again.

Its because your getting meat fibers stuck in between teeth spaces which come with age use inter dental brush to clean in between after having meat get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night massage gums.
