Hi, I have gone through hysteroscopy polypectomy on 18 nov 19, but the bleeding is not stopping. The biopsy reports shows it's benign and normal reports. My doctor said that since it was endometrial polyp so it's taking time in recover. It's bleeding since last one month and now my doctor is asking me for mirena inserted. What should I do? Please advice earliest.

Hello. Need your details regarding the investigations reports: usg finding after polypectomy, blood for cbc, tsh,lft and sugar. Usually hormonal therapy (progesterone) for few cycles after polypectomy is sufficient to resolve the problem.

why not she has given u oral progesterone and then the normal o.c pills.

we can control the bleeding with oral tablets itself instead of mirena
