I am having fever above 100 since 5 days inspite of taking paracetamol. So doctor advised for blood tests. I got the reports and wbc is very low, so doctor is suspecting dengue. He asked to check again for platelets and wbc after 2 days. I am giving a few report details, please help me out if this can be dengue or could just be some viral fever? Report: 1. Wbc count: 3400 cells (normal range: mobile) 2. Platelet count: 1,97,000 3. Dengue ab igg: negative 4. Dengue ab igm: negative 5. Dengue ns1 antigen: negative however I have very low vitamin d3 levels, doctor has prescribed me some vitamin powders.
