Due to teeth pain Dr. Suggested tab zip p, mox cv & pan 40. Later suggested for rct. But taking medicine for at least 6 days, I have not get any relief from pain. After taking tab pain got relief for 5-6 hrs and then again start. My sugar level is ok. Kindly suggest what to do because pain is un-bearable.

Sorry for the delayed response. Kindly forward x ray (opg) if possible for best treatment. Advise c. Amox 500 mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Metrogyl 400 mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice daily (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing,allergy ), c. Becosules 1-0-0 once daily all for 3 days only. Home remedy until then apply clove oil, chew garlic clove chew a few slices of raw onion chew 1 or 2 tender guava leaves rub some peppermint oil on the painful area. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse your mouth with warm salt water.
