I'm an engineering student. I don't get time for workout. My height is 5'7.5" and I weigh 94 kgs. I want to lose weight. My goal is to become 85 kgs. I'm on a 1500 calories a day diet. For breakfast, i've lukewarm lemon water and 10 almonds. My next meal is lunch which consists of 4 slices of brown bread and 1 spoon of high protein peanut butter for 4 days and white rice and chicken curry for 2 days. I follow diet for 6 days a week and sunday is a cheat day for me. For evening snack, i've 2.5 grams of l arginine, an apple and 1 cup of green tea. For dinner I prefer 4 slices of brown bread and one spoon high protein peanut butter, 3 boiled egg whites and 2 boiled whole eggs. In dinner I replace brown bread and peanut butter with masala oats for 2 days a week, i.e, friday and saturday. After following this diet, I feel low on energy and never feel full. I feel hungry. Please suggest me what to do so that I can feel filler.
