My father (age 65) got first brain stroke in 2011. After treatment he was fine but then in 2015 he got another stroke. Since then he is on medication. During this period he got many seizure attack. From few months he is losing his vision. Mri report says: 1.) gliotic changes in right frontal and right temporal lobe. 2.) a non enhancing t1 hyperintense, t2/flare hyperintense lesion (1.7�0.7 cm) in right frontal lobe s/o calcification? Calcified hematoma 3) peri-ventricular white matter hyperintensity in t2/flair images s/o arteriosclerotic changes 4.) diffuse cerebral atrophy. He is also having problem in passing stool. He doesn't get the pressure for 2 to 3 days. Sometimes 5 days too. How to deal with this? What are the possibilities and challenges to bring him back to the normal condition.
