Since last few months my left leg get stiffed and I feel like stretching it when I wake up in the morning. It does not pain it?s just stiffness or like blood circulation is not happening .and it becomes normal once I start moving.

Ms. lybrate-user this is a case of the calcium deficiency in your body. Cramps are generally used to happen due to electrolytes imbalance. Need to be ruled out by the blood tests through adoctor. Take proper foods, drink water, ors once to two times a day for 15 day to get out of it. Sleep in right side lying position at bedtime. Take warm milk before you sleep. Wake up with both legs movements before you get out of bed. Have a great day and healthy life ahead.
