I have had unilateral pain in my throat which moved also affects my ear (left side). I also get nose irritation at the same side. This all started 2 years ago when I moved cities. I have had a fiberoptic tube camera inserted in to my nose, everything seemed normal. Also I have had a gastric endoscopy and a 24 ph measurement in my esophagus, which were both normal too. So I don't suffer from gerd or the likes. I have taken loratadine and been on nasonex and nasocort. They didn't work. I have also noticed that this seems to come in episodes which get better or worse. This has been ongoing for 2 years and I am completely frustrated and don't know what to do. Any ideas about what this could be and how to resolve it?
