Hello sir /mam, my prolactin is 64. 94 ng, tsh is 1.9404 and blood sugar is 95 aur mai cabergoline tables le rhi hu but aaj kl mujhe bohot gussa aa rha hai aur mai conceived krna chahti hu. Plzzz suggest me?

Hello, thanks for the query. Madam it is better to consult an endocrinologist in your area because excess prolactin could be due to presence of prolactinoms, which need to be detected and necessary treatment is to taken. Since you are on cabergolin, prolactin level will come down. Ideally it has to be < 18 nano g/ml. Unless that level is reached, there is no possibility of conception. Thanks.
