I am a 26 year old male. My body weight is 60 kg. My height is 5" 5. I had undergone through gall bladder removal surgery last year in 2018 in april. I want to build muscles and biceps. Therefore I am going to gym regularly. Please suggest me which protien is good for me to consume to build up my body muscles and weight gain.

Whey protein, boiled eggs smoothie with nuts is good when taken post-workout for muscle building. Have a light snack before workout .since you have undergone gallbladder removal have light meals that are not spicy and oily. Do not eat after 7.00 pm.
