I am unable to lift my shoulder up as my bone is getting dislocated. I feel immense pain during dislocation and I have to re-attach the bone to shoulder. After that, I do not feel pain and can resume normal activities even I can lift weight. Right hand bone dislocates from shoulder often when I raise my hand above head suddenly to 90 degrees or when I hit strong obstacle with my hand or when I rotate my hand to 180 degrees. Please suggest me.
