I am working in night shifts and my job is such that I have to work for 12 hours on alternate night. When I go home in the morning I feel sleepy all the time and sometimes a sore throat. Even when I directly go to bed I am not able to sleep for more than 2 hours and thus feel tired all day. Please advice how I manage my work and health in such a routine.
