HI, (27. Female) I am on the dosage of volix m 0.2 for two times in a day, one in the morning before breakfast and one before dinner, can I skip this tablet once in a week so as to consume alcohol?

I believe you have diabetes mellitus and it is of the type two, more commonly known as t2dm and therefore your doctor has you on volix m 0.2. As I psychiatrist I believe you should not be drinking alcohol at all. However, if you are obligated to do so for any reason, there is no need to skip your tablet for diabetes if you are planning on having a meal as well before during or after consumption of alcohol.
