I need to reduce my weight. I have tried intermittent fasting, exercise, keto diet and keto supplements. But I am not reducing my weight. Please help me to reduce the weight.

hello, you should go for brisk walk 45 minutes in the morning.do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes.take 1 glass warm water with half lemon in the morning. drink warm water through out the day.take salad before meals. avoid junk food. avoid single large meal and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day.you need to take a balance diet plan. you can consult me privately online on laybrate for any advice n diet plan.
