Hi, i'm 32 years old, male and facing off balance, unsteadiness issues from past few months. Sometimes it feels like something is moving towards right in my head, even when I walk I feel like i'm going towards right. Rarely I feel a spin that stays for less than a second. I've got my brain ct done along with other tests and they are normal. I so have attended 5 physiotherapist session for my neck as it could be one of the reasons. Physiotherapy has improved my dizziness and spin but I still feel off balance. I had my surgery for varicose veins few years ago, so can it be related to my legs? I feel little lazy too overall. No vertigo, that is also checked. How can I get rid of this problem. Please help!
