I had bumps due to hear all over my hands which I scratched, they were red due to scratching but not bleeding or anything. They are not like boils. But when I scratched it became red. So I think some skin was scraped a little bit. But can blood splash on my hand go inside. Can it cause hep or hiv? Because the part I scratched was not bleeding it was just red and itching?
