Go for rct it is safe procedure to save a tooth. Also get the filling done in all 5 tooth to prevent further rct requirements because cavity (caries) is a progressive phenomenon. After that you can prevent future cavities by following proper brushing techinque, brushing twice daily, using mouth washes and visiting a dentist every 6 months for scaling and polishing.

Hello, First of all it's totally safe to get the root canal treatment done. You go ahead with that other than that the other teeth which require filling should be filled now otherwise they will get deep too and might require rct later. So get this treatment done after that maintain your hygiene by brushing twice, flossing, mouthwash rinsing etc. And get scaling done once in a year thanks.

Hello lybrate-user. Yes, it is safe to go for rct. But it is not a permanent solution. And other teeth can get affected. Better take homoeopathic treatment side by side to stop further progress. You can consult me at Lybrate. Till then take merc sol 30.
