My dad was 64 years old. One day suddenly he had chest heaviness and blackout following which we took him to hospital. There he had ecg variations and was initially diagnosed with heart block. Following which we did angiography and tvd was found. Doctor said either open or angioplasty. He had brady at that time and a temporary pacemaker was given, to keep him on safe side I went for angio. But on table he had cardiac arrest and we lost him. Was my devision hastly taken? Could I have been little more patient with him. I din even take his permission or thought to meet him I just wanted him safe. Asking this will not help me out in any way but I do not know I feel it was my fault I could have waited for him to be stable. Angio according to me was minimally invasive when compared to open. Can anyone please help to figure it out for me. If I had not gone fr angio on same day was there any difference?
