Hi lybrate-user. Ulceration on tongue may be due to many reasons as if vitamin def or anaemia or trauma or chemical or physical burn. Ulcer has to be evaluated by specialist. Then systematic as well as symptomatic treatment plan has to be done. For immediate relief you can use kenacort gel with dologel tds for 5 days or 7 days.
