I am serious attack by dry cough for four months. I have used moxifloxacin 400 mg daily one, deflazacort inn 24 mg daily one, montelukast10 daily one. But not recovery at all. Pls suggest.

Dear Mr, dry cough can be either an allergic or infectious process. Unfortunately medicines mentioned by you are in between, so poor response. Kindly get a cbc esr & chest xray done, and load them on Lybrate. You can consult a pulmonologist though Lybrate. Wishing you speedy recovery.
