Hi, I am 28 years old and when I sleep in the night. I feel too much of thirst even though I drink 3 bottles of waters during day times. Sometimes I just wake up to drink water, please provide me a cure for this.

Dear lybrateuser, - Get your fasting & after food ( postprandial) blood sugar levels done if not done so - keep sipping water till about an hour or two before bedtime as in hot weather more fluids are required.
