Basically during the first trimester of pregnancy I had intense back pain which gradually went down to my leg too. Post partum too I am suffering from back pain and leg pain. Morning stiffness present. Also cannot roll over in bed. I did mri and it says bilateral subacute sacroiliitis. I am taking vitamin d tablets and nucoxia. Pls help as pain is hampering my happiness and daily life.

It is common to have post partum sacroileiitis which will subside one the pelvic ligaments come.back to.normal.after pregnancy Please do a CRP and ESR since you had extrapulmonary TB You can do post partum exercises Try to reduce the pain killers to minimum
