I had hyperpigmentation around my mouth and dull skin. So I went to dermatologist and she has asked me to take astaxanthin, b12 and she asked me to apply brilatine brightening serum .it was almost 2 months but I could not get any visible results. May I know how much time it will take for me to get my results.
