I recently had a dental implant on one of my upper front teeth. The crown is bumpy from inside as compared to my other real teeth. The doctor said that it will have bump as it is my front teeth. Is it so? It's really irritating as my tongue is always touching it. What should I do?

A bump called cingulum is there on natural teeth in your case that could have been created n your tongue will get used to it but still if you wish to ask your Dr. again.
