Doctor I am writing this for my wife, she have fibroid in uterus and on first ultrasound it was mentioned as there is a solid mass with heterogeneous echopattern in the posterior uterine measures 10.52 cm l, 9.76 cm w, 8.22 cm ap doctor said it was mayoma and they give a medicine called ulipristal esmya 5 mg to take for 3 months and after that stopped and took another ultra sound and the result is avf bulky uterus with heterogeneous echopattern, solitary large posterior imf of size 11 cm x 8.6xcm x6. 6xcm etch 10. 5 mm displaced anteriorly by large posterior imf and also mentioned that largefunctional cyst on right ovary 29x25 cm, is this meaning that the fibroid still there and is there any other problem, is it okay that to go for a fibroid removal or to continue medicine.
