Generally penis is considered to be sensitive but my question is that whether penis is sensitive to own touch or its sensitive to opposite sex touch only? I do not experience sensitivity when I touch my penis except little sensitivity in masturbation. I do not experience touch of opposite sex touch to my penis yet so do not know whether my penis will be sensitive on that time or not. Sir whether my sensitivity is normal or I have less sensitivity issue and it will create problem in sex?

It is less sensitive to your own touch. And more to opposite sex.
