Hi i'm 24 years old girl. I have done laparoscopic surgery for 8 cm right side ovarian cyst 6 months before. Now i'm taking dinofirst 2 mg tablet 2 per day from october 8 2018. Now I taken 2 scan first one is 12 december 2018 it shows 2 cm cyst on right side and endometrium thickness is 8 mm. Another scan is april 3 2019 no cyst on right side and left ovary is not showed. And one thing minimal fluid within endometrium cavity and endometrium thickness is 3 mm. This is normal or anything wrong. Right side pain in lower side. How to cure fluid and what is the cause?
