Sir is this a recent change or it is like that from the beginning. Get a urine routine and culture test done, also get an ultrasound abdomen done if there is anything in urine test. Sometimes there is a surgical condition like posterior urethral valve also. Ask your son if he has any other complaints while passing urine. Using alkasol may not help in solving the issue.
