Hello doctor. Mere dono ankho ki power -3.5 h. Jab bhi jata hu dikhane to bhadta hi h.janki mai regular chasme ka use krta hu. please suggest doctor jisse meri ankho ki roshni normal ho jaye. Diet plan or any vitamin which help me. please suggest.

You can start with healthy food. You can include vitamin a and c rich food such as carrot, spinach,orange ,tomato etc. You can also include protein rich food, like wise animal protein and dairy products. That will help yopu to boost up your metabolic rate also to enhance your vision.
