Hi, my baby boy is 2 months old his weight is 3.6 now. His sound sleeping duration is just 4 hours out of 24 hours. It is very difficult to sleep him. I am too much worried about this problem and I give him 1 or 2 drops of phenergan for sleep. Is it all good? Kindly guide me properly.

No it?s not good. He is too young. N kid if his age sleep less at a time. Feed him n he will go to sleep again. If you r not able to handle that at night, take help of your husband or other family members. Slowly his sleeping cycle will improve. Don?t worry.

No, I would not advise giving phenergan to make the baby sleep at all. If there is any reason the baby is not sleeping, please see a nearby pediatrician. Usually babies will be able to compensate for any lack of sleep in one 24 hour period during the next day.
