Hello. I?m a handicap boy who?s 16 years old. I want to know if polyphasic sleep will affect my health. It?s where I only sleep for 5 hours a day. I?m trying to do this because i?m sure it?ll make my learning ability much better.

Sleep for youngsters should be little more - your sleeping timings should be between 10 pm to 5 am you may get up early but not late night sleep you sleep by 10 and get up by 4 am that is the best time for study brhamha muhurtam. For further help contact.
