Hi, I am Having dual pre cramp like pain in lower part of abdomen. Had it for a few days now and can't get rid of it. I have a iud (mirena) for about 3 years now. I have not been sexually active in almost 3 years. It's also a light smell with a little bit of discharge too.

Hi, lybrate-user thanks for the query. It could be due to infection or iud displacement. Get the mirena removed as soon as possible if you feel the threads or else you have to go to a gynaecologist for further management.
