Sir I have a problem since 10 years, when I take dinner or lunch so I will hungry after 1 hour. And also I haven't enough muscle in my body.

Have you checked to lft .may b you metyabolism level is too high .first of all start takin a glass of water 10 mins before you eat anything .this to b done before every meal. When uhh feel hungry after meal eat roasted channa uhh vl overcome your hunger as well it is good for your body also.

Hello, Sip water in between the meals. Even if you cannot control, take buttermilk after lunch. It will help in building muscle mass as well.
