Our area winter temperature is 6C -16C, The baby is 5 month of age now. The problem is that most of the times he is sick, he is always fully dressed, or rather overdressed I'll say. At night he sleeps with his mom and completely dressed layer by layer but then he won't just sleep, most of the night he will pass crying. There isn't a chance that he is feeling cold other then at the time of bath with hot water that too in front of a heater, then why is he always sick, the main complications are, cold, fever and gastric problem.

Ofcourse it is too cold not only for 5 months kid but also for us. It is not only temp but other factors are also responsible for making us sick. Disease causing bacteria and specially viruses are present in air. They causes infection when ever our local immunity is low may be due to low temperature. Most commonly affected system is respiratory or gastrointestinal system. I think you over clothe your child that makes him uncomfortable. Three layers is enough with a good blanket in night. Try to keep room temperature 27 to 30 ?. Book online appointment for prescription.
