Hi. I am a 31 year old male virgin. 3 years back I ejaculated quite unusually while masturbating. It just happened suddenly, without the usual contracting of muscles. Since then, I have found that I can't be aroused the way I used to earlier. The power while ejaculating is also not that high and satisfactory as earlier. I read about it through the years, and a possible reason was retrograde ejaculation. Please advise me on this.

Retrograde ejaculation causes some semen to travel backward into the bladder. The ejaculate can move out of the penis because a small muscle, called the bladder sphincter, closes the opening to the bladder, preventing the semen from entering the bladder.
